Phil, do you have a hand primer hooked up? Might want to remove the line as it goes into the spider (Manifold) just above the Carb. This things are known to leak and at low RPM can flood the engine. Some primer lines are piped, that even when fuel valve is turned off the primer still gets fuel. Hope file I sent get thru, if not let me know, it is 80 pages long. Mike Kne
